Transformational Festival for the Whole Family "Gita-Yoga Fest" in Tel Aviv

🥳The festival program is designed to fill participants with energy on all levels: physical, energetic, mental and emotional. Hatha yoga, standing on nails (Sadhu boards), breathing techniques, working with joints, sound meditation with huge Tibetan gongs, singing bowls, flat bells, lectures on self-knowledge and a happy life, mantra meditation, aromatherapy consultations, metaphorical cards, face painting, henna painting (mehendi) and a delicious vegetarian lunch. And of course, a safe space in the shade of trees, surrounded by bright people who want to develop.
🤹‍♀️ Children's yoga and creative workshops are prepared for children!
The event will be held in Russian! We will be glad to see everyone at the festival and ask you to leave dana - a monetary offering from the heart.
You need to bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water.
