Course "For the Carcass and the Cuckoo" for Harmony in the Family

Dear teenagers and parents!
In a world where emotions are running high and changes are overwhelming, it is important to find a common language. That is why we, the Embium school team, together with Denis Dorum, created the course "For the Carcass and the Cuckoo" for harmony in the family. This course is for teenagers (13-17 years old) and parents who want to better understand themselves and each other, listen to their bodies and emotions.
The course includes a support group where you can share your experiences, and practical classes in body awareness (embodiment), which will help regulate emotions and strengthen mutual understanding.
