Developing emotional intelligence and soft skills

It is important to develop emotional intelligence in order to:
Understand what I am feeling now and why;
Be able to manage my emotions constructively;
Feel my boundaries and the boundaries of other people;
Recognize manipulation and not succumb to it;
Carefully convey to other people information about how they can and cannot treat me.
What will happen in the classes:
We will analyze all the basic emotions, how they manifest themselves in the body;
How to constructively experience these emotions so as not to hurt other people;
Communication with peers (how to meet, make friends, how to convey your thoughts so that you are listened to)
Conflict competence (how to negotiate)
How to defend your boundaries, what to do if you are bullied;
We will analyze different life situations and how to behave in them.
Results of the classes:
Understanding your emotions;
A set of techniques and tools for managing emotions, self-soothing in anger, fear and anxiety;
Knowledge of how to formulate your desires carefully;
Communication skills with peers;
A broader view of different social situations and the courage to navigate them.
How the classes are held:
Children gain knowledge through all channels of perception. We draw or watch, listen and practice passing new skills through bodily experience.
Groups for children aged 6-8 and 9-11.
If there are interested parties, I will also form a group for teenagers.
The program is designed for 6 months, 1 lesson per week. Groups are on average 6-8 people.
Territory: Haifa. Ramot Remez. Preliminary on Fridays. We start when there are 4 people in the group. You can join at any stage.

Cost of classes: 60 shekels for a one-time payment, 200 shekels for 4 lessons per month at once. For several children from one family, a 20 shekel discount.
