Japanese Culture Festival - "Matsuri"
My name is Natalia, I have been studying Japanese culture since 2006, I was a participant and organizer of Japanese festivals in St. Petersburg, with the support of the Japanese Consulate.

In 2010, I went to study in Japan.
We invite children aged
7-12+ to take part in the Japanese Culture Festival.

During this school year, we will get acquainted with different areas:
1. Manga - Japanese comics. We will draw our favorite characters, try to create our own.
2. ⁠Tsurushi-kadzari. These are small toys made of fabric. We will create our own small collection.
3. ⁠Sumiye-e. Japanese painting with ink and watercolor. We will get acquainted with the basic techniques. We will create sketches.
4. ⁠O-Shibana. Paintings from leaves. We will get acquainted with the basics of creating paintings from natural materials. Let's create paintings in this style.

Each cycle will consist of 5 lessons.

Lessons are held once a week for 60 minutes.
