What will happen at the MK?
We will tell you and show you the features of this martial art;
We will teach you how to perform several techniques;
Together we will try to feel the energy of interaction with a partner - take your spouse or friends, it will be interesting!.
We will tell you a little about the history of Aikido.
What do you need to bring with you?
Comfortable clothes in which you will be able to move comfortably
Replacement shoes (slippers) - optional
A good mood
And what about physical fitness?
If you can climb the stairs, walk, then you have already won.
