YOGA FAIRY TALES FOR CHILDREN
Dear parents, if you have children aged 5-8, come with them to children's hatha yoga classes. I conduct classes in the format of a yoga fairy tale.
- Each class has new stories;
- Children easily remember asanas and repeat them at home, playing yoga;
- We work on correct posture, strengthen the back;
- Children perform asanas with a parent or with each other;
- Additional tactile communication for you and the child;
- The fairy tale sometimes includes thorns in the form of boards with bamboo "nails" for children - and this is a powerful stimulation of all acupuncture points on the foot.
I look forward to seeing you every Tuesday in Hod HaSharon in a cozy yoga studio from 17.30 to 18.15. The first class will be held on July 30. Payment for a trial class is at your own discretion. The next lesson costs 60 shekels (1 child + parent). I teach in Hebrew and Russian (depending on the group). It is important to sign up: 0544688069.
