7 grades and older: 16:15-17:15
Older group of kindergarten (gan hova 5 years): 17:15-18:00
1-3 grades: 18:00-19:00
We invite your children to join a relaxing and exciting yoga class on aerial hammocks. 🪷
This is a unique method that combines play, movement and hovering in the air in soft hammocks that envelop the body. This method strengthens self-confidence, improves posture, flexibility, develops muscles and promotes emotional relaxation. 💫
